Do you charge by the hour?
No. We work to fixed, outcome-linked engagements. Where a result can be guaranteed — as with AI Automation — we put the guarantee in writing.
What does the results guarantee cover?
For eligible packages, if we don't deliver the agreed result within the stated period we refund the setup fee, subject to the terms in your statement of work and our Refund Policy.
Can US clients buy online?

How do payments work?
